Can I return my order?
You will be eligible to return your item no more than 14 days after purchasing your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. You will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with returning your item.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it can't be cancelled, even if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please review your cart and/or contact us with any questions before finalizing your order to avoid any issues.
What if my discount code is not working?
If the discount is valid, it should work at checkout. However, if the discount code you are trying to use does not work at checkout, email us at info@nlthreads.com and tell us the code you tried to use and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I received the wrong order?
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong order, please contact us immediately at info@nlthreads.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A photograph of the item you have received
Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly to ensure the problem is rectified to your satisfaction.
What does it mean if my order status is fulfilled?
When your order status says 'fulfilled', this simply means your order has been packed by our team and is ready to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number shortly after.
